Shree Lohana Mahaparishad is a Trust registered under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, with its head office at Shree Lohana Kanya Shala, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road, Near Mulund Police Station, Mulund (West), Mumbai - 400080.

1. General Guidelines

All services provided by LMP on the website are for community welfare, and many services are offered free of charge. However, in some cases where payments are required, such as donations, participation fees for events, and payments related to advertisements or other services, we have outlined the following cancellation and refund policy.

2. Cancellation Policy
  • Donations: Donations made to Shree Lohana Mahaparishad are generally non-refundable. However, if you made a donation in error, please contact us immediately at contact@lohanamahaparishad.org or call us at +91 79779 58330.
  • Event Fees and Participation Fees: Cancellations for delegate or participation fees for events or committee meetings will be considered only if the cancellation request is received at least 15 days prior to the event date. No cancellations will be entertained if the request is made within 15 days of the event or after the event has occurred. Any approved refund will be processed within 9-15 business daysafter approval.
  • Advertisement Payments: Payments made for advertisements on the LMP website for fundraising purposes are non-refundable once the advertisement has been published or approved for publication. Any cancellation requests made before publication will be reviewed, and refunds may be issued at the discretion of LMP.
  • Other Services: For any other services rendered through the Website that involve payments, cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after the transaction and before the service has been rendered. Once the service is initiated or completed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed based on the following conditions:

  • Donations: Refunds for donations are rare and will be made only in cases of genuine errors (e.g., duplicate transactions). Refunds will be processed within 9-15 business days after approval.
  • Event Fees and Participation Fees: Refunds for events or meetings will be processed if the cancellation is approved as per the terms mentioned above. The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 9-15 business days after approval.
  • Advertisements: In cases where an advertisement cancellation is approved before publication, a refund will be processed within 9-15 business days. If the advertisement has been published, no refunds will be issued.
  • Other Services: Refunds for other services will be processed if a cancellation request is received and approved prior to the service being rendered. Refunds will take 9-15 business days to process.
