Shri Vinodbhai Raichura (Ahmedabad)
Born on 2nd September 1953 in Gondal, Shri Vinodbhai Raichura is an example of an individual who has continuously fought against tough situations. "Karma kiye jaa, Fal ki Chinta Mat kar" is something which he strongly believes in. He has great faith in Lord Sri Krishna and the principle of Karma.
In 1969, at the early age of 16, he lost his father Shri Harilal Raichura. With huge responsibility to handle the family business and take care of the family members, he had to leave the formal education during his graduation in commerce. However his sharp business acumen and skills acquired in wholesale commodity trading made him one of the respected individuals in business field. His strength lies in handling responsibilities at various positions and tackles challenges with fighting spirit.
He was elected as a member of New Madhupura Vyapari Mahajan Committee in 1983 and served for 9 years till 1992. He was elevated to the position of Secretary in 1992 and served as a secretary for 6 years till 1998.
He has been serving the Lohana community for last 29 years as a Trustee in Lohana Mahajan Wadi Trust since 1981. With his induction as the Treasurer of Shree Lohana Maha Parishad, he intends to contribute towards the aim and objective of Maha Parishad by promoting welfare of community and institution.
