Preamble:

Higher Education or Quality Education plays an indispensable and important role in building the Career of Young person for leading him / her to a brighter career along with a happy, progressive and satisfied life.

  An educated citizen develops an insight to understand the finery of Basic principles of Culture, foundation of life, family traditions and of Society as well; Conduct in his/her moral aspects & civilisation; Customary mode of behaviour, etc and its appropriate implementation in right manner & correct way of articulations. This in turn imbibes and inculcates high standards of discipline, principles and values in his/her personal life; family and Society in general. It also fires strong feeling of nationalism which creates a harmonious character across nation.

  Objectives:

Raghuvanshi Lohanas are spread across continents. Raghuvanshis living abroad are opportune to receive such levels of education which the younger generations of Raghuvanshis living in India and in particular to the places like Saurashtra, Kutch, Maharastra, Vidharbha, North-East India are not lucky enough to get Standard Education because of problems related to family or Society or other reasons. But, the root cause always is financial crisis.

  By providing Scholarships for education, Shree Lohana Mahaparishad – the federal body of Raghuvanshi Lohanas has very humbly attempted to help all such families with an aim to help younger Raghuvanshi generations for the development of an educated, intelligent and matured citizen who can become a conduit of success and betterment for his/her families; and also serve the Society and the Nation in particular.

  Birth of the Trust:

It was with this idea that on 03.10.2010 at Porbandar – Birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi – that Shree Lohana Mahaparishad resolved in its Central Committee meeting to create, initiate and bring into existence an Educational foundation in the memory of “Late Ronak Dattani”.

  This Trust was created at the behest of and inspiration from his father Honourable Raghuvanshi Sri Prataprai Kalyanji Dattani with the whole hearted support from his brother Sri Rajesh Tulsidas Hathi, with a benevolent initial Donation of Rs 1.01 Crore in the Corpus fund with an idea of raising it to Rs 25.00 Crore as Permanent Corpus for granting educational scholarships.

  Functioning:

With an equivalent idea, feeling and inspiration, LMP also runs / handles / operates “Matushri Vasantaben Hansraj Kesaria Foundation”.

  For the time being, till the targeted Corpus is being reached, LMP has granted Scholarships upto Rs 25.00 Lakh for Higher Education of Girls during FY 2010-11 with the active cooperation from “Sri Dhirajlal Gopalji Jivrajani – Matushri Manulaben Dhirajlal Jivrajani” and “Param Gow Bhakht Sri Pravinbhai Dayalji Thakker”.

  We pray Bhagwan Shree Ramchandraji, Raghuvanshi Martyr Virdada Jasraj, Dev Daryalal (also known as Jhulelal / Uderolal) and Pujya Sant Sri Jalaram Bapa with a belief and confidence that entire Raghuvanshi Lohana Community, leading Raghuvanshi personalities / celebrities / leaders of the Society will cooperate with their generous act of Donations to this Educational foundation.

EDUCATED RAGHUVANSHI  = EDUCATED FUTURE GENERATION = BRIGHT AND SPARKLING FUTURE TO EVERY RAGHUVANSHI LOHANA.
